Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Located 15 minutes from the resort.

Ceremony Date

February 27, 2027. We recommend arriving by February 25 so you have time to settle in and join us for pre-wedding celebrations.

Room Block Dates

February 24 - March 3, 2027. A minimum 3-night stay is required. You can request additional nights before or after these dates, subject to availability.

Block Closes

October 1, 2026. Our group rate is guaranteed for reservations made by this date. After that, rooms are first come, first served based on availability.

We chose Secrets Vallarta Bay for its location. Whale season means you'll see them from the beach and pools. The sunsets here are stunning - some of the best in this part of the world, right over the ocean. The resort is steps from old-town Puerto Vallarta - colonial architecture, local markets, real Mexico.

Final Checks

How do I reserve my room?

Choose your room category, enter your guest details and preferred travel dates, and submit your deposit through the reservation form. Once your room request is processed, you'll receive your confirmation by email.

How do I make additional payments?

Once your reservation is confirmed, future payments are made through your Guest Dashboard. Log into your account, review your reservation, and follow the payment prompts when you are ready to make a payment.

What if I don't know who I'm traveling with yet?

We hear this all the time, especially when the wedding is still far away. Start by reserving the room with just yourself listed. As soon as you know your roommate, reach out to our office and we'll help get them added. All additional guest information is needed no later than 3 months before departure.

Do I need a passport?

Yes. All U.S. citizens, including babies and children, leaving the country by plane require a valid passport book. A passport card or enhanced ID is not valid for international air travel. For more information, please visit our Resources page.

How do I make changes to my booking?

To request a change to your booked reservation, please visit your Guest Dashboard and click the "Request Revisions" button. Please be very thorough with your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your changes based on availability and supplier terms.

Where do I find the change and cancellation terms?

Your change and cancellation terms can be found in your Guest Dashboard. Log into your account and review your reservation details for the terms connected to your specific booking.
