A Note on Planning Fees

Planning fees reflect the time, research, coordination, communication, and support it takes to plan travel well. The goal is not to add friction. The goal is to make sure your trip has someone accountable behind it.

*If you already know the exact resort, cruise, travel dates, and room or cabin category and we are simply handling the booking, your planning fee will be returned to you as a credit to your final payment as long as there are no deviations. This option includes secure booking and ongoing support. Group travel and trips requiring research are excluded.
