October 14, 2026 - October 21, 2026. A minimum 3 nights is required. You can request additional nights before or after these dates, subject to availability.
July 1, 2026. Our group rate is guaranteed for reservations made by this date. After that, rooms are first come, first served based on availability.

Guests can expect music-inspired design, oceanfront scenery, lively entertainment, multiple restaurants and bars, adults-only spaces, spa services, and plenty of places to relax between wedding events.

Your room payment confirms your RSVP. To RSVP yes, review the room options and travel details on this page, then submit the room request form. Once your room is confirmed and your required payment is processed, Catherine and Eric will count you as attending.
If you are unable to attend, please use the Send RSVP Regrets button near the top of this page so Catherine and Eric have your response. If you have already booked your room, review your reservation terms in your Guest Dashboard and contact Aisle + Away Travel Co. for next steps. Cancellation penalties vary based on timing, supplier rules, and whether travel protection was purchased.
Pack beach wedding basics: lightweight outfits, resort casual evening wear, swimwear, sandals, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and any personal toiletries or medications you need. The resort will provide the basics, but bring your preferred sunscreen and wedding-day essentials with you.
Yes. All U.S. citizens, including babies and children, need a valid passport book for international air travel to Mexico. A passport card, birth certificate, enhanced ID, or REAL ID is not enough for flying internationally. Your passport should be valid for the duration required by your destination and airline.
Please contact the couple directly before adding a guest. They can confirm whether additional guests are included in their wedding plans and room block.
Travel protection is strongly recommended and will be offered after your booking is confirmed. Coverage is time sensitive, so review the quote as soon as it arrives and choose whether to accept or decline it before making future payments.
Book your flights after your room has been confirmed and the room block is in place. Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN), then submit your flight details through your Guest Dashboard so airport transportation can be coordinated.
