Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). We do not recommend flying into Tulum Airport. UNICO 20°87° is approximately 60-75 minutes from CUN.

Ceremony Date

January 30, 2026. We recommend arriving by January 29 so you have time to settle in before the wedding.

Room Block Dates

January 26, 2026 - February 2, 2026. A minimum 3-night stay is required. Guests may request up to 3 days before or after the block dates, subject to availability.

Block Status

The original block deadline was August 1, 2025. The room block is now sold out, but discounted group-rate requests may still be submitted while resort inventory remains available. Rooms are first come, first served.

Cancellation terms: cancel by August 16, 2025 and only the deposit is penalized. Cancel August 17-September 16, 2025 and 60% of the room total is owed. Cancel on or after September 17, 2025 and no refunds are available.

Before you book, read this.

Here are the destination wedding questions guests ask most often before reserving their room.

What if I can’t make it?

Please contact Kylie + David directly so they can update their wedding plans, then review the cancellation terms connected to your reservation. Cancellation penalties are based on the group contract and the date your cancellation is received.

What should I pack?

Pack beach wedding essentials: resort wear, swimsuits, sandals, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and casual evening wear. The resort will provide basic room amenities, but bring personal items and any must-have products from home.

Do I need a passport?

Yes. U.S. citizens need a valid passport book for international air travel to Mexico. A passport card or REAL ID is not valid for flying internationally. Your passport should be valid for at least six months after your return date.

Can I bring a guest?

Please contact Kylie + David directly before adding a guest. They will confirm whether additional guests can be included in the wedding events and room block.

What about travel insurance?

Travel protection is strongly recommended and will be quoted after your deposit is placed. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline coverage for your reservation.

When do I book my flights?

Book flights after your room is confirmed. Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN), and send your flight details to Aisle + Away Travel Co. so group airport transportation can be coordinated.
