The couple has already signed a wedding-group contract and held rooms specifically for their invited guests. To be included as an official guest of the wedding group, your reservation must be made through this page. Booking directly with the resort or through a third party means your reservation is not connected to the wedding guest list, you will not receive the group’s included airport transportation or wedding travel communications, and the couple may incur additional resort fees and paperwork for an outside reservation. If you have already booked somewhere else, please let the couple know right away so they can account for your attendance.

We will help make sure you are set with the right identification, understand the arrival process, know how to navigate the airport, and feel prepared for each step of the trip. If international travel is new to you, you do not need to figure it out alone.

That is okay. Reserve the room now using just your own traveler information so you do not lose the room category you want. Additional guests can be added to the reservation later, up to 30 days before arrival, as long as the room’s occupancy rules are met.

Because wedding-block inventory is so limited, guests who are planning to attend should reserve as early as possible. Rooms are first come, first served, and waiting may mean your preferred room category—or the group rate—is no longer available.

Yes. All wedding guests must stay on property at Secrets Playa Blanca as part of Jordan & Brandon’s wedding group. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out directly to Jordan or Brandon.

Yes. The contracted room block is May 11–18, 2027, and guests may request up to three nights before May 11 and up to three nights after May 18. Extended dates are subject to resort availability and final confirmation.

The contracted wedding block closes December 1, 2026. Aisle & Away will still do its best to request the discounted group rate afterward, but room availability and the group rate can no longer be guaranteed.

The $200 deposit is nonrefundable immediately. Beginning December 1, 2026, 50% of the full reservation total is nonrefundable. Beginning February 1, 2027, the reservation is subject to a 100% cancellation penalty.

The resort’s regular inventory may show as sold out while Jordan & Brandon still have rooms held specifically within their contracted wedding block. Those rooms are limited and available first come, first served until confirmed.

Yes. U.S. travelers need a valid passport book for international air travel to Mexico. A passport card is not valid for international air travel. If you do not have a passport or are not sure how to get one, Dana and the Aisle & Away Travel Co. team can help guide you through the process. Please do not wait until the last minute — we recommend applying at least 5 months before travel.

Flights generally become available about 330 days before your travel dates. If you need help finding the best route, Dana at Aisle & Away Travel Co. will happily guide you toward the best options. For the most security and flexibility, we recommend purchasing your tickets directly through the airline. Once your flights are booked, please submit your flight details here so your airport transportation can be coordinated.

Roundtrip group private airport transportation is included in your reservation total when you book within Jordan & Brandon’s wedding group. After your room is confirmed, you will provide your flight information so the transportation team can coordinate your airport pickup and return transfer.
