March 16, 2027 - March 23, 2027. A minimum 3 nights is required. You can request additional nights before or after these dates, subject to availability.

October 31, 2026. Our group rate is guaranteed for reservations made by this date. After that, rooms are first come, first served based on availability.

Before you book, read this.

Here are the questions guests ask most often about room requests, payments, passports, changes, and cancellation terms.

What if I can't make it?

Please contact Carissa and Matthew directly so they know you are unable to attend. If you have already booked your room, review the change and cancellation terms in your Guest Dashboard and contact the Aisle + Away team before making any changes.

What should I pack?

Pack beach wedding essentials: resort casual outfits, wedding attire, swimwear, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, comfortable sandals, and casual evening wear. The resort will provide the basics like towels and standard in-room amenities.

Do I need a passport?

Yes. All U.S. citizens, including babies and children, need a valid passport book for international air travel to Mexico. A passport card, enhanced ID, birth certificate, or REAL ID is not enough for flying internationally. Your passport should be valid through your travel dates, and many travelers prefer at least six months of validity beyond return.

Can I bring a guest?

Please contact Carissa and Matthew directly before adding an additional guest. They will confirm whether extra guests can be accommodated within the wedding plans and room block.

What about travel insurance?

Travel protection is strongly recommended and will be available through the booking process. After your deposit is accepted and your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a quote with coverage options and timing details.

When do I book my flights?

We recommend booking flights after your room is confirmed and once the room block has closed or travel plans are finalized. Fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN), then submit your flight details through your Guest Dashboard so airport transportation can be coordinated.
