Airport: Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Ceremony Date: November 15, 2026
We suggest arriving by at least November 13, 2026 so you can be settled in to join us for a welcome party on the 14th!

Resort Stay: A minimum of 3 nights is required, but feel free to extend your stay and make the most of this tropical getaway.   We have reserved 50 rooms for our guests at a reduced rate in our room block.

Room Block: November 11 - 18, 2026
You can request up to 3 days before or after these dates, subject to availability.

Included: All-inclusive resort stay (food, drinks, entertainment), access to wedding events, discounted private airport transportation, access to group app + itinerary.

Not Included: Airfare (agent will help find best route if needed), travel protection (quote will be sent), Spa, Shopping, Excursions.

After your deposit has been accepted and your reservation has been assigned a booking number, you will receive a quote for travel protection.  Please keep your eye out for this email as coverage is time sensitive.  

Policies will give you coverage for pre-travel cancellations as well as medical coverage for while you're in destination.
