A Note on Planning Fees

Our planning fees reflect the time, coordination, and hands-on support required to manage all-inclusive travel thoughtfully — whether for one room or an entire group. This structure allows us to stay involved, responsive, and fully invested in your experience.

*If you already know the exact resort and travel dates and are booking a single room, your planning fee will be returned to you as a credit to your final payment as long as there are no deviations. This option includes secure booking and ongoing support. Group travel and trips requiring resort research are excluded.

TFinishing Touches & Support
As travel approaches, we help coordinate the details that turn a good trip into a great one — including airport transfers, excursions, and special celebrations like birthdays or anniversaries. We remain your point of contact before, during, and after travel, so you’re supported every step of the way.

Resort Selection + Booking
Based on your priorities, we recommend all-inclusive resorts that fit your style, budget, and travel plans. Once you’ve chosen the right option, we handle the booking details, confirmations, and logistics — so nothing falls through the cracks.

Consultation
We start with a relaxed conversation about your travel goals, timing, and what you want this trip to feel like. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape or coordinating travel for a group, this is where we get aligned and take the pressure off.
